Create a 3D Sketchup model of a small concrete building

I have a small concrete toilet building that I need in Sketchup to be able to discuss the project with the client. I would like the roof panels included - but a second Sketchup copy without the roof panels beside the original on the same drawing - a simple copy/paste but without the roof. for the roof panels - they do not need to include the steel support structure in the attached architectural - this is only for discussion purposes, so the 4 panels plus a simple rendering of the skylight (the skylight does not need to be accurate as far as the steel frame is concerned - just a simple rectangular frame and the glass is fine) I do need the Sketchup model fast - so if the details for the indent pattern in the concrete is too time consuming - omit it for now. I may ask for a second gig with these details later. Do not include the large art panel or any exterior fixtures such as the rail the panel sits on. Inside - I do want the toilet, urinal, grab bars, sink etc - but if you can find stock Sketchup models - such as the FRANKE cmpx538-urinal - please use these if it is faster for you. I need this in two days. (by the end of the day Tuesday, Vancouver time) I do not need the ceramic tiles on the walls inside - plain grey concrete is fine. Your quote should include how long it will take you to deliver the finished Sketchup model.
