Remotely migrate content pages to new website on Sitefinity CMS

Background
CIArb is relaunching its website in early 2016. The process will involve redesigning the page templates while making the site fully responsive (i.e. for mobile viewing).
A new site map has been agreed; this will make user journeys simpler and will increase fulfilment (e.g. signing up to become a member).
The task facing us
CIArb has long adopted a pretty much ‘ad hoc’ content policy with the current website. We have not had the capacity to implement and maintain good practices for content authors.
This leaves us with a range of issues, including:
Outdated content pages
No recognised content style (CIArb does have a Style Guide which may also need reviewing)
A mostly unstructured document library
Earlier versions of key documents still being active
What we require of the Content Administrator
The role requires someone with experience of working with content management systems (CMS), with knowledge of Sitefinity being a bonus.
The role would be for LENGTH OF CONTRACT.
They should be able to evaluate CIArb’s current content hierarchy and work out a strategy for converting this to the new site map. (All details will be supplied).
The role requires the person to carry out the content migration for our new website. While the website remains on the same CMS, several pages will need to be transferred to new templates.
Additionally, pages would be needed to be moved to their new homes. Other pages will need to be discarded completely.
They may also be required to edit and upload suitable images for certain pages (access will be given to an online image library).
