We are building a next-generation freelancing platform and looking for a Hiring Manager to help us recruit and scale a strong core team from the ground up. We are a Private Limited company, and all selected members will receive a legal agreement for transparency and trust. Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end hiring process Post jobs and source candidates Screen and shortlist applicants Conduct initial interviews Help build a strong startup team Improve hiring strategy and process What We Offer: Deferred salary (tracked monthly, paid yearly for first 2 years) Legal agreement for role and payments Equity based on contribution Long-term growth opportunity Chance to build a startup team from scratch Important: No monthly salary initially (early-stage startup) Payments will be made yearly for the first 2 years Looking for serious, long-term commitment Not a short-term freelance role Requirements: Experience in hiring/recruitment (preferred) Good communication skills Ability to identify strong candidates Passion for startups Willingness to take risks How to Apply: Send: Your experience in hiring Any past recruitment work Why you want to join a startup
