Product Quoting Engine

The MVP of this project needs to be a basic web app hosted in the cloud that contains a quoting engine. This quoting engine, based off of a zip code, returns a list of products (same product with different sizes) that reside in that zip code regions (warehouses) around the US. So an inventory filtered list basically. The data points a pretty simple: Zip code Warehouse Product Type Product Quantity Product Price From the Zip code, the quoting engine needs to use one of the distance APIs out there (like Google API or Bing API) to determine the travel distance from the warehouse to the customer's shipping address. This product sold is large and has to be shipped by truck. So the main purpose of the quoting engine is to provide a price of the product + shipping costs (miles * flat rate) from a warehouse that has the product. The application needs to also have: 1. Basic Login / authentication (nothing fancy this first iteration) 2. Reaches out to Google Sheets API for product inventory data. 3. Based on what is gathered in the form, calculates realtime a list of filtered products 4. Select a single product, calculate the shipping cost. 5. Monitoring and Analytics for support 6. Infrastructure as Code 7. Unit/Integration and E2E test coverage 8. Responsive design 9. Code can easily evolve to be hosted not just as a web application but a mobile app This product needs to be completed in 2/3 months.
