Radio Coverage estimation using a Longley–Rice model

Hi, there I'm working on a project about radio and health. I'm not a specialist in radio engineering methods. I need to have an estimation about the radio coverage in Egypt 1999. I have data on radio transmitter (in 1999) such as : latitude, longitude, altitude of antenna base, antenna height, transmission power, frequency, and polarization. They need to be couple with topographic data of the country (they should be openly available). The method of estimation that I want to use is a Longley Rice model or irregular terrain model (ITM). The final output should be a map (in a shapefile or similar format) with the radio signal strength in dBuV/m. Ideally, I would like to be able to replicate the results afterwards myself.
