R - snow package, other R tasks

I have a couple scripts that run a pretty complicated operation. I need to run this on several hundred thousand files (the scripts are already set up to deal with the folder structure). However, I don't want to run this on my local - I want to use package "snow." I need someone who has used this package extensively to set me up on an aws cluster to run it (I have aws account). Other R tasks (most more simple than this) needed, too.
Though I put "skilled" for hourly rate on this form, I am happy to pay "expert" rates if someone is well-qualified.
