Hello, I have a python script that can find field values in a pdf document. My script is run form the command line and the user enters an pdf file location, field, and expected value. I need someone to add the cucumber portion, where user can add the When and then statements.
See attached python script with readme, can modify it or create a new one.
I need the a cucumber step_definition that has the following steps.
When I open a PDF
(Should allow me to enter a pdf file path to open)
Then the PDF field "2. REQUISITION/PROCURMENT REQUEST NO." contains "EQ5PT1AA-18-0023"
(Should validate if that field contains that value from the pdf, if it doesnt should give a value not present, of if enters a field that doesnt exist should throw field does not exist error)
Then the PDF fields contains values

| 4. DATE PREPARED | 6/25/2018 |
|19. TOTAL AMOUNT INCLUDING CONTINUATION | $36.00 |
( Same as before but now the input is a table to verify if multiple values are present at once)
