Build a digital identity verification System

Hey!
I'm looking for a ML/Deep Learning/AI Developer to develop the AI pipeline for a digital identity verification System. Needs to be proficient with deep learning algorithms, Image Processing, and convolutional neural networks.
The system should perform the basic steps:
1. Receive the images of a Colombian National identity card in both sides as input. Additionally, Receives a selfie of the Id holder.
2. The system should confirm if the document is authentic.
2. The system should confirm that the Id holder is the same person in the scanned document.
3. The system should extract the basic information within the document.
4. Ideally, The system should check with a small video that the Id holder is a person and not only a picture.
No FrontEnd needs to be developed neither the application boilerplate.
Should be developed in Python.
