I need help filing a case against a person who cheated with us with a property transaction in India. The person resides in Jikva, Israel and She has a property in Mumbai, India. She gave a Power of Attorney to a local person here and the person dealt with us for the property. We have all the purchasing and other related documents with us. We have also filed a case against them in Mumbai, India. But as the owner of the property resides in Israel we need help in getting a hold of her as she is hiding and not completing the process of purchasing the property. I would like to know if we can file a case against her in Israel for the breach of contract done in India. Looking forward to speaking to you.
