**PLEASE NOTE: This a project for someone with contacts or able to provide contacts in Saudi Arabia** We're currently seeking to hire full-time staff for a new company and in need of referrals for people in the following three areas: 1-Senior Sales engineer for industrial Oil & Gas Valves/Pumps/Flangs 2-Business Development Manager for industrial & heavy equipment Rentals 3-Operational Manager for Industrial services, maintenance and contracting Your job is to create a list with a minimum of 5 contact names for each of these vacancies (i.e 15 minimum) candidates should have the following attributes: -Minimum experience is 5 years -Currently works at Saudi Arabia or GCC (If he works in Saudi He needs to have a minimum of 3 years continuous working experience, no names of people with only 6 months experience) -Strong understanding of market and the product/service List should be in the form of: -Names -Nationality -Age -Contact number (email + mobile) -Work Experience - (CV if available) ## Deliverables The following is a breakdown for each opening Job Summary: **1-Senior Sales engineer for industrial Oil & Gas Valves/Pumps/Flangs** **Job Description:** * Manage revenue growth throughout the Saudi Arabia, East territory through direct sales to end users and key accounts. * Represent the company through direct calls on prospect end users and key accounts, assuring sales revenues and profits are maximized throughout the territory. * Perform all necessary market and customer research to develop a comprehensive sales strategy along with product development which will enable the department to obtain and launch new agencies with Saudi, as well as extending current product range. * Proactive handling of day to day inquiries to ensure maximum customer satisfaction with Company products and processes. Follow-up on quotations and provide accurate and timely feedback. * Manage customer situations to insure satisfaction, assisting and supporting customers as required. * Engage in all market initiatives as directed by Sales Management. Provide regular reports of sales plans, sales activity, active inquiries, competitor and market intelligence, and market trends. **Job Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Business, Marketing, Mechanical, Industrial, or Technical) * 3 + years of commercial experience in Sales, Business Development, and Marketing, preferably involving Industrial Control Equipment, such as Pumps, Fluid Displacement Systems, Valves, Actuators, Pumping Systems, Hydraulic Flow Control Systems, Industrial Equipment, etc. * Experience canvassing and prospecting one or more of the following industries, with related knowledge and contacts: Chemical, Petrochemical, Refining, Processing, Industrial, Paints, Solvents, Coatings. * Knowledge of fluid hydraulics, flow technologies, pumping systems, or positive displacement pump technology is a definite plus. * Able to compose quotations and generate correspondence to customers, end users, and reps. * Efficient negotiation skills and proven ability to drive sales to closure * Customer relationship building skills with strong consultative, solution selling, and influencing abilities. Able to effectively present information to customers, management and public groups and respond to questions ? Hiring is contingent upon successfully passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check. **2-Business Development Manager for industrial & heavy equipment Rentals** This position is to develop and nurture the newly established heavy equipment department, the job should include ability list major contractors within Saudi Arabia, coordinate in order to obtain vendor approvals, build up leads, negotiation and implementation of the terms and conditions of contracts with customers. **Job Description:** * Conduct initial listing of the new business in various vendor portals, ability to use current/previous contacts in order to secure new purchase agreements from prospective contractors and subcontractors of major Saudi Corporate & Semi-goverment entities. <!-- --> * Negotiate Master Service Agreements. <!-- --> * Review tender/RFQs/POs documents and assist in the preparation and submittal of bids. <!-- --> * Supervise contract files and contract database upkeep. <!-- --> * Serve as the primary point of contact with our customers, meet with them to discuss progress, quality, costs, or other contractual performance and adherence issues and present Company's position in contract negotiations and disputes. <!-- --> * Gather pricing data and prepares contract change pricing, submit to the customer and negotiate the change pricing. <!-- --> * Maintain master file of inventory by updating database of sales, DOT certification, maintenance, and inspections of rental fleet. <!-- --> * Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. <!-- --> * Oversee rental department and rental administrators. <!-- --> * Manage rental fleet and employees in recon department. <!-- --> * Certify cleaning facilities and other third party services deemed necessary for operations of the rental operations. **Job Requirements:** * Business Knowledge: 5+ years of experience in equipment rental services management, preferably majority of the experience in Saudi. <!-- --> * Background in commercial contracting. <!-- --> * Communication: Ability to communicate effectively (strong written skills required) to all levels of the organization. <!-- --> * Customer Orientation: Ability to develop strong relationships with customers and approach every challenge and opportunity with a customer-centric view. <!-- --> * Legal experience would be seen as a positive. <!-- --> * Bachelor's degree. <!-- --> * Hiring is contingent upon successfully passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check. **3-Operational Manager for Industrial services, maintenance and contracting** The Construction/maintenance/industrial services Operations Manager will have full P & L responsibility for the construction division and will be in charge of all field operations. **Job Description:** * Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines. * Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, or design professionals to discuss and resolve matters, such as work procedures, complaints, or construction problems. * Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors. * Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports. * Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients. * Plan, organize, or direct activities concerned with the construction or maintenance of structures, facilities, or systems. * Take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction site. * Inspect or review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, or other regulations. * Study job specifications to determine appropriate maintenance/service/construction methods. * Select, contract, and oversee workers who complete specific pieces of the project. * Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement. * Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties. * Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with upper management and staff members as necessary. * Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes. **Job Requirements:** * Strong background in utilities construction and maintenance /asphalt road construction and maintenance / general requirement for maintenance. * A Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook) * Must have a current, valid driver's license and be able to travel as needed. * Hiring is contingent upon successfully passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
