Simple math game

I have gone through the attached document as will as attached jpg(s)..I would like to discuss a bit about the description jpgs. Although it looks like a simple Math game with basic operations,but i would like to discuss with you my understandings toward the project. As far as the better look and feel is concerned, we can use latest Metro style windows or material Design with colorful icons. Can share my existing work screenshots.
