Configure an Astronaut WorldVISTA EHR / EMR Installation for an HL7 Gateway

We have an out of the box EHR / EMR installation of the Astronaut WorldVISTA EHR / EMR system. You can have full SSH access to this server - if you want you can also install this locally on your server as it is an open source / GPL system. The system can be configured to connect to an external data source for both inbound and outbound connections using an HL7 gateway. The purpose of this project is to configure the system to connect to an external HL7 gateway. There should be no development work here - this is mostly a configuration / setup assignment. The gateways that are needed are: - Outbound connection via HL7 / TCPIP - query EHR to get ADT (admision discharge & transfer records) that match some predefined criteria. Ex: return all ADT records for a time period, return all ADT records for some patient number, return all ADT records for a given name - Outbound connection via HL7 / TCPIP - event based gateway. Automatically send a HL7 message once a new ADT record is created - Inbound connection via HL7 / TCPIP - update patient record with new patient information (patient demographics, name, etc.), attachments (ex: PDF), other patient fields For a person who knows EHR / EMR and WorldVista this task should not take more than a few hours. In addition to configuring the above gateways we need detailed screenshots to show how the gateway configuration took place so that we can implement the same configuration on another system.
