xcel - use macro's, buttons & forms to control data entry.

Looking for a simple solution that uses a GUI to allow users to simply navigate to input forms within a spreadsheet by using one worksheet as a main menu and allowing the user to click a button to navigate to a data input screen for the particular tab. Therefore, I need the workbook to open directly onto a "main menu worksheet" displaying the buttons to the user relating to each tab within the workbook. User presses relevant button, is taken to input form to allow data entry, on completion of data entry, presses button to save to save input, presses another to return to main menu, to exit spreadsheet and save all changes, user presses an exit worksheet button. All the above it very simple project for excel, vba, .net etc. type coder. What I am also looking for is a bit so security as follows:- 1. There should be Three levels of user, 1, superadmin (can view actual worksheets and modify the main menu macros etc. full control), 2. Admin, can view worksheets and enter data directly into them, cannot modify columns, titles etc. 3. Standard user, can only see main menu and input forms. 2. On opening the workbook the user should be asked for a username and password. If an Admin username and password is entered, the admin is taken to the main menu as all other users would be, however, all the tabs of the workbook are displayed, allowing them to move between and enter date into them. An additional worksheet will have usernames and passwords and access rights e.g. admin, normal user. Anytime admin adds a user to this part of the spreadsheet a new user is created with associated rights. 3. If a non-admin user logs in, then they will only be displayed with the main menu and data entry worksheets, in other words they cannot go directly to the work sheet view. work displayed allowing them to view the actual worksheets.
