Write some Software and Mobile Applications (This might take a team of freelancer's)

As a newly formed HR manager a lot of people have shown faith in me, and today I am I am returning to the universe what it gave me. Fortunately, I happened to have stumbled upon freelancer.in earlier and all you freelancers here get a shot at my Vision for a solution software base for my firm, LEAD. So What we're looking at: 1. First of all a .NET 4.5 based windows app/extension that runs smooth and facilitates sign-in and sign-out for employee's (preferably based on the calender app in outlook, since we also need to motivate our employees to be more active on their e-mails, this will be a great idea to base it on the calender in outlook). The app (Let's just call it extension app here-onwards) signs-in the employee and credits the pre-set daily wages and travel allowance and phone allowance. Credits insurance accounts, provident fund, debits income taxes, etc. all accounts, also at the same time it shows the respective employee available for the day at the admin end[Project coordinator for that region, oh and a minute detail - Sundays off, otherwise overtime, if on demand, not when availability status is Green{or whatsoever it says on the extension app for availability}]. Hence it completely takes care of the payroll management software needs, creates neat salary accounts to be printed by the coordinator or to be electronically forwarded. The extension app also signs-out the employee and asks him to connect his phone at that time [Android or iPhone {this is where the mobile UI comes in}]. It Syncs the data from the UI to an *.xlsx file in a pre-set format and mails it out to the Project coordinators. The crediting & debiting of accounts will be permanently effected here and be transferred to assigned coordinator of that Engineer. Remember, these applications are being built for RF engineering work so you can do your research and understand their work first. However we mostly deal in : Service Delivery & Service Assurance Mux Installation Battery & SMPS Installation Feasibility Survey EMF Survey WiMAX Survey, Installation & Commisioning BTS Installation UBR Survey, Installation & Commissioning Microwave Survey, Installation & Commissioning IWAN Survey, Installation & Commissioning Small Cell Survey, Installation & Commissioning 2. iPhone or Android app should include: -> A camera based UI to detect height of a structure (Telecom towers, poles, masts, etc.) and then store that information temporarily to be synced with the .NET app extension. -> A camera based UI to periodically capture zoom-in & zoom-out version of images from heights of aforementioned telecom infrastructures at a particular angle on the compass (i.e. while it shows a compass in the background, but doesn't include it in the clicked images). -> Extensions from the App GPS essentials to grab and store relevant data from the GPS sensors available in the phone. LAT,LONG,ALTITUDE and at least the option to include almost all extensions based on current requirements (project requirements for report creation). -> ability to enter similar [GPS essentials {app on Google Play Store}] data like LAT, LONG, etc. from far-end(s) engineers have from a different source. -> Relevant UI from Ligo App, WNMS, Sweap [Apps on google pay store] facilitating Commissioning or at least Acceptance tests & Drive tests, if applicable from a mobile and store the data to be converted into report(s), just like they do it at LigoWave. -> An interface that syncs it with the outlook based app extension on the windows every time it is plugged in. -> .Net app extension will then create the report(s) and prepare them to be mailed.
