I used, shelved and would like to reuse a loan software that was developed for me. The developer would rather I find someone to work with him to create a customer portal that will allow consumers to access account information. I am told that the developer should be well versed in PHP and my sequel database. While I would like to be able to add additional functionality down the road, what I need at present is 1) For a customer to be able to create a login 2) Once in the system be able to view their account balance and request additional funding (completing a lending document). The interface must be able to perform simple decision logic about funding access based on available credit and repayment terms. (I will supply "if" "then" logic concerning these operations) I would like to begin work on this project as soon as possible. The lending program developer will be available to answer questions.
