4 Roles on the Site
To register users may pay a one off registration fee / Membership Fee Payable Monthly (editable fee and can be disabled/enabled by admin)
Site Roles:
1. Sourcer
2. Investor
3. Sourcer & Investor
4. Admin
Sourcers can lists items for sale (houses are listed for 60 days before expiring), but cant put the online purchase price of the item as this needs to be calculated automatically based on other custom field inputs. Sourcers pays a fee to list item and can also pay optional fee to feature item on front page ‘featured’ - Item will have custom fields which are displayed on listing. Fee to list item is automatically calculated based on a % other custom fields they have entered when listing.
Custom field examples:
Property Location (geographical dropdown)
Property Type (example dropdown Flat/House/Apartment/Bungalow)
Property Value (example slider £100,000)
Property Asking Price (example slider £50,000)
Sourcers Asking Fee (example slider £1000)
Minimum return on investment (%) (Can calculate from above answers - formula provided)

No of Sittingrooms
No of Bathrooms

Front Garden
Driveway
Back Garden

Investor role, can see the items listen and custom fields.. but they needs to pay a buyers fee to reveal sellers phone number and email address to actually purchase the house. This fee is the woocommerce product price and is calculated as a % of the sourcers 'Property Value'.
Investors Buyers Options when they go to purchase the item:
Purchase (Keeps item on website until product expires) - Lower % Fee
Exclusive Purchase (Removes item from website straight away) - Higher % Fee
All items in the product listings should be filterable/searchable/sortable by the custom fields above and also by geographical cities and also be able to categorize the menus into property types, properties under certain value, properties in location etc.
We need ability to also be able to add more custom fields and make them filterable when searching

Registration:
When a Sourcer registers, it needs to capture information like name, address, d.o.b, phone number, email address, etc.
When investors register it needs to capture all of the above plus some more custom information like:
Minimum % return on investment
Looking for properties within price range (slider) £0-£5,000,000
Only show properties in these locations (dropdown multiselect)
Looking for properties in Excellent/Good/Poor state of repair (multiselect)
This above information is to allow the website admins to have a module in the backend for 'Matching' listings to investors based on what both sourcers and investors have entered. Only admin should have access to this backend module for doing a match search. Match searches can be set so they only search investors who have a specific membership and not every investor.
INVESTORS AND SOURCERS MUST BE ABLE TO SEE ALL TRANSACTION HISTORY.
