WordPress Plugin. WYSIWYG Editor.

*** PLEASE BID CORRECT AMOUNT AND INCLUDE ESTIMATED TIME TO MAKE *** We are looking to make a WordPress plugin that is a new Custom Post Type (CPT). This CPT will have child posts as well. Goal: Provide users with a WYSIWYG HTML Editor that they can make and edit HTML code for copy/paste use into another website. User goes to a page that has a WYSIWYG editor, maybe the WordPress editor would be good? Here they can input the information to generate the HTML they desire. User can "Save" this. When saving it makes a new custom post inside the WordPress system that only the user can see. When user accesses post on website, they should be presented with the WYSIWYG HTML editor so they can edit and save. User should be able to make "Child Posts" to this custom post. When a child post is made, the custom post details should be copied to the child post. The parent post will serve as a template for all the child posts. User should be able to see a list of all parents and child posts they have made. Should be able to name each post. Have save version history like WordPress keeps.
