Wordpress & few WooCommerce Adjustments

For my Wordpress Website including WooCommerce Component I am looking for an expert who can do a lot of easy changes in frontend and some adjustments in WooCommerce logic: Following changes need to be done (which is documented with screenshots and will be handed over to the developer): 1 General Adjustments 1.2 add logo to header 1.3 make it possible that a user can add/buy the product only once. So a check during the checkout process is required if the user “bought” this part already (in another order) 1.4 in mobile view, show the shopping cart in the menu bar: 1.5 Provide a technical documentation of your changes 2 Product Adjustments 2.1 don’t show discount in offers (when offer start and end date is set in backend) 2.2 don’t show stars in offers when rating is set 2.3 don’t show prices. Instead of prices add a progress bar. 2.4 make the pictures of an offer clickable (currently only the description is clickable) and route to the single post of this offer: 2.5 on the single product page remove the price and add the progress bar + remove the rating as described above (see also 2.9) 2.6 remove Products in Single Product Page: 2.7 remove category within a single product 2.8 rename a label 2.9 show how many “pieces” are left within a bar and in written terms, like this (see 2.5): 2.10 Highlight the Warning Message in case someone wants to add two times the same part in the cart 2.11 Rename a label 2.12 rename follow quote (If product is not on stock anymore): “Verlosung leider verpasst” 3 Cart Adjustments 3.1 Adjust the order summary in the cart area (price, amount & total is not required) 3.2 Highlight warning message in case of deleting item out of cart 3.3 rename a label 4 Checkout Adjustments 4.1 rename a label 4.2 rename a label 4.3 rename a label 4.4 Adjust the order summary in the cart area (total is not required) and rename some labels 4.5 Checkout: Remove text in case of existing user has to login. Instead of “click here to login” the login possibility should be shown in general if the user is not logged in. 4.6 In case user is not logged in remove all fields except email and password 4.7 remove Invoice Details in case the user is logged in 5 Shop Adjustments 5.1 add filter functionality to filter for stores AND locations like this (example from [login to view URL]) 6 Account Adjustments 6.1 rename a label 6.2 rename a label 6.3 Adjust Order View in Account: 6.4 In “Account Details” remove First Name and Last Name 7 Store Adjustments 7.1 on the store site remove coupons 7.2 rename a label 7.3 remove rates of stores 8 Automatic Email Adjustments 8.1 rename some labels 8.2 Adjust Participation-Email
