I have a project that needs to be completed. Its a PSD to WordPress project that has most of the work done, all thats left is the responsive version conversion. I have the designs in PSD format. The website is built on the Bones theme and utilizes SCSS and the separate .scss breakpoints stylesheets. There is a compiler plugin on the server which will allow you to edit the SCSS files. No direct changes to [login to view URL] are to be done, so if you are unfamiliar with this process please do not bid. I don't want to have to train anyone on using best practices. For this website build we are using Pantheon WordPress hosting. Some familiarity with a version control dev environment, git and SFTP is desirable.
