Web/Mobile App to Consult Doctors Online

i need a mobile app that can be used in conjunction with a web portal, having the following features: Aim of the app is to allow users submit their health issues which will be picked up by a Doctor for a response. Basically the steps below will apply: 1- user login and lodge a complain/health issue (select the part of the body affected) 2- It sits on the Doctors deck awaiting a doctor (who is registered on our platform) to have "interest" in the consultation 3- once the doctor shows interest the user gets an alert specifying that a doctor (showing the profile and rating) is interested 4- user will be required to "confirm" (and get billed the specified amount paypal/credit card), or "Cancel" (and the consultation is deleted), or "another Dr" (if Dr's rating is not satisfactory by the user) 5- once user is billed the Dr gets an alert to respond, once done the "case" is closed, user is advised to rate Dr. based on prescription and response. 6-there is history to log all "cases" and the Dr that replied, as well as the wallet manager for both users (deposit and expense) and Doctors (amount earned based on cases handled and amount paid to Dr by Amin up to date) further information available in the attached file im a fan of Simplicity, clarity, style and innovation. if you have nothing to show in portfolio similar please DO NOT BID
