Web Developer w/ SEO knowledge Needed: Google Analytics. Adsense Optimization. Mobile Responsiveness

We have 7-8 websites. 3 of these are Wordpress and the rest are old fashioned static HTML websites.

Just 2-3 months back, all websites had Google Analytics code and Adsense Ads

Recently, we decided to install SSL and thus moved all sites from HTTP to HTTPS after the install of SSL. At that time we did a 501 redirect so that all old links still work and point to the new one (simply from http to https).

In theory all websites should work as before. However, the result we are seeing now is that Google Analytics traffic is significantly down. Google Adsense earnings are also down. In one specific website's case, the Ads are no longer rendering.

We are starting to get notifications from Google Console (the new Google Webmaster) such as the following:

Submitted URL not found (404)

Submitted URL marked ‘noindex’

etc.

In a nutshell, we need someone who understands the development aspect as well as the SEO aspect of the business.

We need help with:

1) Ensuring Analytics code is appropriately installed on all pages of all websites (Traffic needs to bounce to pre SSL change levels)

2) Ensuring Google Ads are rendering as intended

3)

Note that these sites have SSI (server side include) files which means you don't necessarily have to enter each webpage of the site and make manual changes. Changes can be done through the SSIs.

Only one website is Mobile responsive. We need to convert the others so they are also mobile responsive.
