Web Design and Data Entry For Wordpress Site

I need someone to assist me in a recent wordpress website that I created in which contains a lot of different articles for affiliate marketing. All of these articles are already uploaded but they need to be individually seo optimized through wordpress yoast plugin. However, I also need someone who is Savy enough with HTML,CSS, and PHP to be able to help with different layouts that need to be fixed along with header and footer Design edits that need to be made. I need someone who works on american hours so we can communicate and collaborate together along the project. I also need someone that speaks english so that they understand the message I'm trying to convey. If the initial milestone works out well this could be a long term working relationship.
