Uptime Monitor With Fsock_open

Need help finishing project.

uptime monitor with fsock_open php,mysql.

php script code to run via cron on timer to check hosts/ips for open port.

I have part of this done so only some editing needed new format welcomed as well if you know of a better way.

Done (php/mysql session account creation and login to control area based on uid email as login name)

Needs (Deativate monitors if localhost is unresponsive 127.0.0.1 and do not report or log while down)

Needs (Working form to add data to mysql for exisiting client needs to read session data to create a new table on mysql database)

Needs (4 other emails option for alerts uses choice of alert message [HostName] [Service] is Down)

Needs (standard port selection dropdown menu to change port entry on given value as well as custom port entry field)

Needs (statisics for each monitor Last check: Name: Service: Port:# of checks:# of outages:# of failed checks:Uptime: % )

Needs (graphical chart and a xml page for users to show thier uptime statisics on thier website)

Needs (update monitor count and to expire in 30 days from payment)
