Updates to Moodle Site - PHP

We have a site running Moodle and need some customization done to the assignment activity. This is where a student submits a file for the teacher to review and grade. Project must be completed within 48 hours. Project requirements are below: When a student first submits an assignment an email is sent out. Make the following changes to the email 1. Check file /mod/assign/[login to view URL] for most changes 2. If the status (workflow state) of the assignment is 'Coach Review' then the email should only be sent to users with the role 'Coach' or 'Mentor' in the course context (screen shot attached). Keep existing group rules. 3. If the status (workflow state) of the assignment is 'Facilitator Review' then the email should only be sent to users with the role 'Facilitator' in the course context. Keep existing group rules. 4. Add text to the email (screen shot attached): 'One of your JKLA students has submitted a document for the assignment: Submit Your Time Management Plan. Please review the attached files and click below to approve the submission or reject the submission and leave feedback.' 5. The email should contain attachments for the submitted files. ie. if the student submitted two files: '[login to view URL]' and '[login to view URL]' both files should be attached to the email. 6. Add a link to the email: 'Click here to approve this submission', Clicking this link will do the following: a. Open up a new browser tab which displays a page in Moodle with the text: 'The assignment {assignment name} by student {student name} has been approved' b. Change the status (workflow state) to 'Facilitator Review' c. Add text to the field 'Feedback Comments': Approved by {approver full name} on {date when approved} d. Send email to users with the 'Facilitator' role. Email content should be the same as the previous email except with the text: '{approver name} has approved the assignment {assignment name} for {student name}.
