UBER LIKE WEBSITE + ANDROID APP + iPhone App Needed

Hello, I need to develop a private label Uber like app for BOTH Android and iphone + I need a functional website to compliment these app's. All Design and Artwork has to be included in your quote (I will not provide you with any design or artwork). Your quote must be all inclusive, the project has to be delivered on turnkey basis. Only those who have developed similar app earlier need submit their proposals please. NDA has to be signed + Source Code and all files transferred once the job is complete. I need a white label / private label (my brand and logo) solution, ideally the whole project should be completed in 2 to 3 weeks.
