Setup Asterisk Server for Multi Tenant Use with ARA

Hey everyone, I'm looking to setup an asterisk server to be connected to a MySQL DB and work on the Asterisk Realtime Architecture. I also want my server to be set up for multi tenant so I can host many companies PBX on this one Asterisk server. Must have experience in this! Not looking for someone to learn while trying to accomplish this and give me a buggy server. I want this server to be configured with all the modules so I can add premium services later. Like recording and visual voicemail so everything must be controlled and logged in a database. I want to have the fax module installed as well as connectivity to Google Voice and all those other add-on modules. The multi tenant system must have the ability to maintain complete separation of all companies. Including the internal extensions should not connect to other companies extensions. There are multiple ways to accomplish this but whatever approach you'll choose I need it to be with top security from being hacked into other companies. I also want you to set up for me a basic dialplan application for internal use. This will be added to all companies with an internal number to dial in to access it. Every extension will have a separate pin to log in to that menu. On this menu there will be the option to reset the pin, listen to voicemails, setup meetme with their cellphone numbers and disable it, turn do not disturb on and off, start and manage conference calls. This is only a first in a long list of asterisk projects I'm going to need help with. I'm developing a very unique hosted VoIP company and will need a lot of help in building it to the full extent. Right now I need these basic features and setup ASAP and I know for an experienced Asterisk developer this will not take long to develop as I'm an asterisk developer too I just don't have the time. I expect to pay a reasonable price for this as I know what really goes into developing this.
