Script to auto copy ical feed events to Google calendar

I got an iCal feed from the app I am using. I also have a Google Calendar ("Calendar1") that I work on. I need a simple script that will read ical feed every few minutes to look for events or changes and copy them to my "calendar1".

I'm not talking about showing ical feed events side-by-side with my "calendar1" events. I want ical events to be copied and becme a part of "calendar1".
