RSS content scraper plugin - open to bidding

I need custom RSS scraper plugin to make my WordPress website automatically posted by full-text from available RSS sources as set schedule. Currently, I create a website by WordPress at [login to view URL] with manually post a full info by browse any website to find an interesting article to any categories by copy post title, images and description with removing all HTML tags on original content then put a credit page into a bottom of the post to avoid Commercial Use without permission. However, I have an ideas to make a main page was auto blog post by had a function to automatically posted a valuable content to any categories or sub-categories from a Back-End panel with available RSS Content Feeds or RSS scraper from a top websites. As same as we set a schedule posted or imported by WordPress. But after I manually posted for a sometime. I notice almost all of their websites just provide Content Feeds in a brief description. But I need any function or application to crawling or parsing any page in their RSS Content Feeds and grab a full description from any page that available in the feed in anytime and set amount of content that we wanted to random post from 1-5 content per time in admin panel. Then after setting amount of the article, we can click a button to publish content into the blog with strip HTML tags then put a credit page into a bottom of the post. What's means of a full-text? - After put any RSS page url, a plugin can be access an available page url to crawling and scraping full content from that page since Title, All Available Images, and Full Description. - The plugin will be random selecting 1-5 url to collecting and make a post as set schedule in Admin Panel. - Post into any category such as: Such as: Category “Fashion” imported and posted from the sources like ELLE ([login to view URL]), GQ ([login to view URL]), StyleCaster ([login to view URL]), Vogue ([login to view URL]) and MORE.
