RFP Automation

In the IT industry, it is very common to receive RFPs from customers who are choosing their technology. We receive hundreds of RFPs on a monthly basis but oftenly, they are very similar among them but still require that we stop our daily activies to answer them. I want to create a way of escalating this process - in which an RFP is uploaded in the system through an excel spreadsheet, however we receive it, later there is a language recognition processing in which it identifies possible answers from a database, later - user confirms the answers, lastly, it will deliver the same excel document from the begining as a downloadable excel spreadsheet.
