Recode a .NET site into PHP

I have a .NET site that needs coding to be transferred from .NET to PHP. The site has a user front-end, a data-base and admin back-end. The skills required are: PHP 5, MYSQL 5, HTML 5, CSS 3 , for parallax design and Photoshop There are two main sub-tasks: 1. Recode the existing site in PHP, including coding two additional tabs and pages. This includes both user site and admin panel and any changes required to the data base to transfer it to MySQL 2. Improve the visualization and animation, menus and functionality of the user site. Details will be provided in additional documents. The project must be completed within 22 days of award. Payment will be made by three equal milestones corresponding to agreed completion of the user site, admin panel and data base, testing and deployment. The budget excludes freelancer fees. These will be paid in addition to the agreed fee. This project is not suitable to a single freelancer. Only tech companies with adequate numbers of staff and experience - as demonstrated by their portfolio - will be considered.
