Project Leader - Designer/Programmer/All Around Guy Needed

I need all around guy, who knows Design, Coding, Front-End, Back-End, PHP. Mainly someone who is knowledgeable and has all around experience all around, someone that can solve problems and get jobs completed. Must be able to work directly with me through skype and have excellent english speaking voice. **NO EXCEPTIONS.
Requirements:
-must work directly through skype and login to my ticket system and directly work with me
-ability to decide priorities and get projects done on your own without my help. (will train)
-must Knows cPanel , ability to setup sites, domains, launch websites
What we need done:
-Open cart projects - complete start to finish, design (mockup), insert content, launch.
-Wordpress projects - complete start to finish, design (mockup), insert content, launch
-Light Programming Projects - like submitting forms to database, then simple admin panel to be able to manage info, all small stuff.
-Website Maintenance - Complete changes to websites , customers will send change request and we complete.
We work with various technologies, and our situations and clients are always changing, we need all around web guy who can go ticket by ticket and solve any issue that we may have.
