Project for Omer A. - Android App with Admin Portal

Need android app and admin portal for app built on Digital Ocean server. $300 APPLICATION When app is opened, user is prompted for username and password. User is able to save username and password. Once user logs in, there's buttons with icon and label on buttons and link to APKs and one ZIP file. When clicked, APKs will download and then popup asking user to install, delete APK or close popup. Once the APK has been installed, the same popup window will be there when user comes back to app. User can delete APK after the APK has been installed or return to our app by pressing close popup. The ZIP file will need to be automatically extracted into a specific directory on the user's device. Once ZIP file has been extracted, a popup says build successful with a close button that returns to the app. The application is mainly for TV boxes, should be higher quality - should look good on 480, 720, 1080 and 4K TVs. App should still work on cell phones, and be compatible all the way back to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. There is an information button in the top right that will take users to another page in the app for Frequently Asked Questions. There is also a power button in the top right that will just exit the application completely. ADMIN PORTAL Portal should have a master admin account that manages both, regular admins and individual app users. Regular admins should only see users that they add, not all users on app. Master sees all users categorized under admin name. Example: Master Admin Sees - Master Admin Users Regular Admin #1 Users Regular Admin #2 Users Regular Admin #3 Users Regular Admin #1 Only Sees - Regular Admin #1 Users Regular Admin #2 Only Sees - Regular Admin #2 Users Regular Admin #3 Only Sees - Regular Admin #3 Users Furthermore, admin portal should log how many times a user has logged into app and date stamp with IP address the user logged in from. Should also be able to set an expiration date for the user account. Exipration Date Options: Unlimited 7 Days 14 Days 30 Days 3 Months (90 dayS) 6 Months (180 days) 1 Year (360 days) 3 Years (1080 days) Master admin account will be able to create more, delete or change the button images, labels and link to the APKs or ZIP file that show on the app. Regular admin accounts cannot change anything on the app. There should be a Frequently Asked Questions Section inside the admin portal that the master admin can add simple text question/answers with headings in bold.
