Prestashop front-end file sharing with categories

Hi,

I need a prestashop module (prestashop version 1.6.1.5) for front-end customer-to-customer file sharing. Customers themselves can upload/download (only owners can delete files) any files, but categories can only be managed by admin panel. On the admin panel, only certain admin groups are allowed access to manage the file categories.

Admin has to be able to set file type restrictions and file size.
