php and mysql programming

Looking for a php, mysql, css, javascript programmer to make changes to an existing script. This is what I need as part of this project: 1) extend the side menu of the script to add a section to add Customers. When the user clicks on a Customers+ link a page will be displayed showing a field that will allow me to simply add the name of the customer 2) extending point 1) further, once a customer is added, we will find another link called Lists. When clicked it will also display a page that will allow me to enter a name for a List. This list will be displayed under that specific Customer 3) adjust an existing copy functionality that copies records from one list to another so that it works properly within Customers and Lists 4) make a very minor adjustment in the Companies section so that it automatically adds text to one field among all companies (instead of leaving the field blank as it is right now). Code is programmed with core-php (no frameworks). Looking for someone that can start right away and complete this job in the next 3-4 hours.
