PHP/MYSQL : Form Data Capture and Email Data. Paypal Integration.

Need some immediate PHP work done. 3 Tasks required and will decide on bid right away. 1) Need an online enquiry form built and have enquiries emailed to the company concerned. Send automatic email to person making enquiry, confirming that their enquiry has been sent. Must accept URL variable (if one is passed) that contains subject of the email. 2) Need a form to capture donations online. Need to integrate it with paypal for payment. Need to sent admin notification of the donation received. Need to send thank you email to donator. Need to record donations in DB. Freelancer will need to create db table for this. 3) Require home page banner image to rotate. Need freelancer to ensure that a new image appears for each user session. Images will be retrieved from DB table for display on home page. I guess you will need to record what the last used image was so that you can move to the next one. When the last one in the DB table has been used, start at the first one again. Freelancer will need to create db table for this.
