PHP Moodle site - add attachments to two emails

We have a Moodle site which sends out notifications when a student submits an assignment and another email when the assignment is reviewed. We want both of these emails to have attachments of the submitted documents. See the attached screen shots for examples of when the email is triggered. The code for sending the emails is already working, the file you need to edit is: /mod/assign/[login to view URL] email 1 = line 6170 email 2 = line 6660 This site is built in Moodle and we would like to use Moodle functions where possible. Project requirements are: 1. Both emails need to have the submitted documents attached. 2. If a submission has more than 1 document all documents need to be attached. 3. Use Moodle functions if possible, with minimal core customization. 4. I need a list of files you have edited to keep track of changes. Thanks
