Php code for holiday site

The idea is a holiday property search site, searching through most holiday companies to find a rental property, companies provide data in either an XML format with affiliate links, these are added to our site to search and rent a holiday property my money is made from commissions made through the affiliate link added in the XML. Stage 1 Search box at the top of the home page, connect search box to database and search for listings by country, area and property type these will start to show on the results page. The results to show (10 to a page pagination at the bottom) at a later stage we will add sort results etc. Details page Will show the actual property details, Depending on what we get from feeds will be added to this page, in the next stage we can add more to this page. On the right of the page we have a “check availability button” this when opened will show the companies logos for visitors to click through and buy the holiday. For stage 1 on your side I want the home page search added and the results page coded also property page, I need a feed adding and listings to show. We have already designed the HTML5 template we are looking for a price to php code and upload an initial xml feed to our database which we already have.
