I want to create a spanish (I can translate it) web site for opinions, I have the name and the hosting, maybe routines from wordpress or better,.
Categorize per Country and subcategories by specifics thing like government, sports, and so on.
Each writer can decide with groups of interest can be read each news, accept people, and could accept comments...
The site have to be very serious, I have an idea how to promote it...

a professional writer
a normal writer
a guy who can comments and/or rate the articles
the 2 first (professional an normal writer) – (all articles) have one banner at the top at his article, at that point there are two options, i can use the banner for my customers... or
they can use the banner for their customers, and they pay me something, for that space (I do not care how much their customer pays to them.
That "opinion page" must have 2 levels of categories: so that identified the type of writer (one of them have to be the country.
for example, someone wants to write about the soccer in Argentina, or another one wants to write about Venezuela government.
The writers can create groups, authorize who can follow him if he wants... etc, like a network, a professional one, but the money is related to the banners of each article, up to them if they want to use or give me the option to use instead them
