Need WordPress and WooCommerce Expert to upgrade plug-ins and fix plug-in/theme incompatabilities.

Currently I am taking over this project for a previous client because the other developers failed to complete the project. So here is what's up. The previous developer implemented a Beaver Builder Theme. They created the entire site. Then the client decided they would use WooCommerce (WC). These plug-ins and the WP core need to be updated. I am trying to find from the client who has control/ownership of the plug-ins. I will list the Pay plug-ins here. If you have access to them, this would be better for us because I'm not sure if the previous developer purchased on the clients behalf or just used their own account. Bottom line – client may be purchasing plug-ins again (I'm not sure which ones but they are checking with previous developer on ownership. What I need: 1) Plug-ins and WP core updated 2) Then custom mods as needed to get the plug-ins working I prefer to work with someone that specializes in WC as this will be the underlying problem of this site I believe. This will probably be a long term relationship. Because of the way wordpress is setup, I would prefer to keep the one testing area and make changes on that. If you develop locally, that's fine. You can just point the IP of the website to your local machine, or you can point it to my testing server. I will keep the actual URL of the finished site, rather than having a testing.sitename.com. It will be sitename.com.
