Multi-Cart Data Automation System - Finish off a previous (unfinished) project

This project has been mostly completed, but needs to be finished off by a professional who knows what they are doing. The previous developer was not able to complete the job and after 4 years... yes 4 years... I finally ended it! Please note, the majority of the project has been completed. I just need someone to finish it off. ABOUT THE PROJECT The project in general is about creating a "system" to automatically integrate mass data (approx 200k+ products) onto shopping cart sites like Prestashop, Magento, BigCommerce etc, on a daily, weekly, monthly, or manual basis. The products can be selected and then uploaded based on a list of dropshippers, or per category. The products are uploaded via a module, which the previous developer has already created, but needs some slight modifications. The module is uploaded onto the shopping site and calls for data from the "system" based on the user's selections in the module. I think the previous developer used Bonfire to create the system. I'm not a programmer so I don't know for sure. The system currently stands as follows: - User interface has been completed, but not the Admin interface. - Module can get any selected dropshipper's product data, but not by category. - Dropshipper Datafeed Profiling has been completed, but not the Category Datafeed Profiling. REMAINING TASKS TO BE COMPLETED FOR THIS PROJECT - Create the Category Datafeed Profiling to be called upon by the module. I will be creating the datafeeds and uploading it to the system files manually. - Create the Admin Interface in the system to show all activity (as per my requirements shown in an excel sheet). - Make some slight modifications to the existing User Interface. - Make sure the system is secure and can't be used multiple times by any user (licensing is needed per user, or per domain via WHMCS). WHMCS is a billing tool used for hosting providers and is where the user (my customers) are charged for my services. - Make sure the model works for all types of shopping scripts like Prestashop, Magento, BigCommerce etc. - Testing and more testing to make sure it all works. - Recommendations on enhancements, or other ways to complete the project, or any part of the project. - Support for 3 months after handover/completion. - The system will become copyrighted to me after handover and will require acknowledgement of this before final payment. SKILLS REQUIRED TO BE ACCEPTED Communication is a MUST! I need to be updated regularly on the progress and NOT have to keep chasing you. If you can't speak to me over the phone then please don't apply. Other skills required are: - php, programming in general - bonfire(?) - multiple shopping cart experiences, particularly Prestashop. - WHMCS OPTIONAL EXTRA TASKS WILL BE LOOKED UPON FAVOURABLY. If you can create, but not essential: - a "Push To eBay" feature. - Automatically fetch the raw datafeeds from all dropshipper sites on a daily basis. This data then needs to go through some queries to edit the data, or create new fields based on a set schema that matches the required shopping site's database schema. I need someone to complete the rest of this project with the remaining budget I have left (approx $600). Please don't quote me anything more than this as I will most likely reject or overlook you.
