2. Subscribe page with these info: all required and validated
- firstname
- lastname
- company name
- country (picklist: default Canada)
- package (picklist: package1, package2, package3)
- check mark for accepting conditions
- Sign up button
3. sign up button will start a script that creates a new instance database and config files by cloning an existing default instance database and config files. At this time there should be a message that says please wait we are creating your account
4. after the instance database and config files are created the client is redirected to his new account page url then page is blacked and a wizard popup div is displayed over it to choose some settings: Language (picklist: English, French), time zone (picklist), currency (picklist: CAN$, US$), Calendar view (picklist: today, this week, this month, this year), Date format (picklist: dd-mm-yyyy, mm-dd-yyyy, yyyy-mm-dd)
5. after that the wizard is closed and the client can see his new account home page
In step number 2 data is saved in the global database with all info concerning contact, account, url, username, password ... trial version start date and end date, package, payment and payment history ...
There should be an admin page where we can login to manage clients: activation, deactivation, change package, cancel account, view usage log and payment history ...
