modify frdign of existing php script

Hello everybody, I have a client puchased this script :********* and he want to change the design like the files attached. Requirement: 1-change the design of the script (i will provide you the design as a psd file) 2-upload the script on the host that i will buy later after hiring you. 3-make sure that the script works perfectly and ready to use. *note the client want the script working on the host with the new design then you'll recive your payment. (this is a first job to find the right freeelancer for engoing work relationship in a simillar projects.) Thanks.
