I am the developer of [login to view URL] Its an elearning website build on the platform Moodle. I want to make an app for this. Since, this is an open source platform. The custom app can also be made by just following the instructions given on the website [login to view URL] You simply have to follow the steps and use the ready made code available on Github. I have limited budget for this project. Its a very simple job for a professional to follow the steps. Since, hundreds of people have used the very same code. I am open to discussion for any new method.

Hi As you can see from my feedbacks I am probably the only moodle expert on the site with more than 7 years moodle experience and a lot moodle related projects already completed. I am a core code contributor and I have a couple of plugins already submitted to moodle plugin list. Bid does not include publishing the app it only included branding.
