Magento real expert to fix small issues in home page and products attributes

Need magento expert which is available today and tomorrow to fix the follow: 1. To correct the attributes of some categories products in order to presented first the lower's price and available products first and then the limited stock and higher prices products. ( attachment magento-1) Also some products which are assigned in the same category are not presented in live site even if we have add them to backend in this category!( attachment magento-1-b) This issue/problem is most common in one category and not to all categories. 2. To be created 2 extra menu to the header home page menu by moving the home page link menu and contact menu in onther locations in order to be also responsive ( attachment magento-2) 3. To change the language home page drop down menu from the left to the center in order to operate correct the responisive site to smartphone or tablet ( attachment magento-3 & ( attachment magento-3-b) All the changes must become first in a back up site and then will be apply to live site.
