I'm looking for a means to have a random number generated polling system that keeps track of each number generated by a site visitor, when they click a button

Using Wordpress with Bridge Theme (if that matters). I'm looking for a means to have a random number generated polling system that keeps track of each number generated by a site visitor, when they click a button. Taking all of the numbers, I'd like them to either be averaged out into a single number after the "poll" has been closed (like showing the results of a poll) or to have the results shown in a descending or ascending order with the number generated the most. This will be used weekly for new posts/blogs. An example: Rolling a twenty sided dice gives a random number 1-20. I'd like this to be the case when clicking a single button. It would then log the number they rolled and store it (and show them). I'd prefer it to be cached or ip limited to a single "roll" of the dice per site visitor. Once the deadline for the poll has been reached, I'd like all the rolls (numbers) to either be averaged or displayed in an order from highest to lowest I do not care the method that this is given to me in, be it a plugin or code. I do however need to be able to change the number range that a number is generated from. This will be used weekly for new posts/blogs and would be great if the results would stay displayed on the post to view later, whenever needed.
