Implement easy api - code nearly ready

I am looking for a guy who can program the following php script: MySQL table: domains Query: SELECT * FROM domains where whois = "redemption" and date(whois_last_checked) = CURDATE(); Run the following command: [login to view URL][API code]&query=[value from the column domain of the table domains]&output=json This is the output for a sample domain: { "Overview" : { "domainpop" : "20283", "ippop" : "12188", "netpop" : "5888", "linkpop" : "359813" } } The script shall now do: Save the value of domainpop in the column "domainpop" for that domain. Save the value of ippop in the column "ippop" for that domain. Save te value of netpop in the column "netpop" for that domain. Save the value of linkpop in the column "linkpop" for that domain. Wait two seconds and then get the values for the next domain.
