Help migrate/design of Joomla web page

Due to security update of Php I need to migrate a Joomla 1.5 version site to 3.9. I did this using the software/extension "sp upgrade" and it seems all articles, users and content have been transferred. However, all the old "layout" and styles, "template?" did not automatically come over. I am looking for somebody to fix this, I guess it should be a quite small job for somebody that know Joomla. The web site is a small and simple page for a chess club. Both the old and new version of Joomla is now running. However, from 3rd of December the old version will stop working as the web server gets upgraded to never version of php with no choice. I will give you ftp login and users for both Joomla versions so you can compare and see whats need to be done.
