Full Stack Developer Needed for PWA (Progressive Web App)

I am looking for a full-stack developer to create a PWA. The app already has a basic wireframe and will continue to be developed as you work on the project. If you have any background in UI/UX that is a bonus.
I am open to programming languages for the PWA, but it must have the ability to deep-link to specific pages via a QR code. I am also open to no-code options such as [login to view URL] and Adalo where the wireframe is currently being developed. Laravel is an option as well.
Multiple APIs will need to be integrated into the PWA including Airtable, Docusign/HelloSign,Venmo and Dwolla.
Progress for the project will be tracked via Trello and ongoing communication will be important. I am very visual so I can provide the necessary mockups and wireframes, but I have no coding/programming background so I will rely on your experience to complete the project.
Alpha/Beta Testing will be done by a 3rd party and bugs will need to be fixed prior to payment. An NDA will be required prior to starting the project.
A minor equity stake in the company will be considered in lieu or in addition to payment depending on your ability to deliver on the project. An ongoing relationship after the project has been completed to maintain maintenance and continue the development of the app.
Priority will be given to someone who has the ability to solve any problems that may arise during development. I am very open to suggestions you may have based on your experience.
