Dynamic Pricing Page Calculator in WP

We need a pricing page calculator for a B2B SaaS product. See attachment... 1. It needs to driven by a slider which determines the number of employees 2. Range is 0 -200, 200+ Contact US CTA button appears in price box 3. The number of employees displayed in the right column as the slider moves 4. The user selects the options which list items selected & subtotal in right column 5. The options in subtotal right column can be permanently displayed in grey with $0 & turn black with value when selected 6 The final price is calculated dynamically ranging from Free based on rules & option selection 7. The pricing will be driven by a matrix employee numbers x option n 8. There will 4 options in the final version. Option 1 is mandatory. 9. There must be Admin provision for adding future options 10. There must be Admin provision for easy update of price matrix & rules, ie 0-5 free, if option 2 selected , all free, 11. There must be Admin provision for adding seasonal discounts & offers as % discount 12. It needs to easily drop into an existing WP page as a section 13. Aesthetically pleasing with amazing UX is critical 14. It must not impede page performance 15. I'm open to suggestion for a better result Preference will be given to Freelancers who have completed similar work, Please supply links to similar calculators.
