Developer to create instagram data analytical tool - PHP

Hello, I am looking for someone who can help me integrate an Instagram accounts engagement rate calculator into my influencer marketing agency website. My developers operate with PHP and the ideal person will have to be able to integrate it with this language. The process will also have to be automated where the engagement rate and the amount of followers the influencer (instagram account) has is displayed on their profile on my website. The engagement rate should be expressed as a percentage and can be calculated by the following: (total likes on last 15 instagram posts + total comments on last 15 instagram posts) / total amount of followers X 100 I have attached an image to show what kind of data analytics I would love to have but the most important is the amount of followers and engagement rate on last 10-15 posts
